Panda Corydoras Catfish are South American natives that are constantly in motion, either in searching for leftover food at the bottom of the aquarium or making their way to the surface of the aquarium for a gulp of air. Panda Corydoras Catfish, like Bettas and Gouramis, have a labyrinth organ. They must visit the surface occasionally to avoid suffocation. Though they come from clean water areas, they can survive poor water conditions. Panda Corydoras are sensitive to salt in the water and, thus, salt should be kept to a minimum. Though peaceful and small (rarely exceeding 2 inches in length), this fish can definitely stand its ground against any potential predators with its armored body and spined fins. Their vision is not as useful in finding food as the sensitive barbels found on either side of the mouth. Though its primary diet will be food remnants, Panda Corydoras Catfish are particularly fond of tubifex worms which are always welcomed as a tasty treat

These catfish arrived in great condition. They've been active and energetic since being added to my aquarium.

    Pandas were Giants!

These Pandas are huge! They are cleaning the bottom real well. I would recommend buying more than one. These Pandas work together as a group and even opened the group up to my existing Panda.
