Had some delivery issue were the post office sent it to the wrong town, had to wait an extra day and with temps getting close to 100 degrees outside I was getting worried they might not survive. Got them and still alive and happy doing very well in my new aquarium
First time buying from this site and also the snails. Shipping had me a little worried as it got bounced around at a hub and was 3 days late getting to me. But all 8 snails I purchased arrived alive and are already at work in my tanks doin their thing. Will definitely be back to make future purchases!
Four Nerites, all different, arrived on schedule. Three went to work immediately, and the fourth the next day. Aquarium is three-month old planted with adequate algae growth maintained by 6-7K lights and proper fertilization. Will compliment the existing Amano shrimps and Otto algae eaters. Very attractive looking snails, and nice variety. Do not breed in freshwater so population control is unnecessary.
I have all 4; they were put into out tank for our betta. He's good with them being in there and they are happily eating up all the algae and junk. My tank looks amazing.
They arrived healt5hy and are doing great in my tank. will be buying some more soon.
I ordered 4 of the red spotted and 4 of the assorted snails. They arrived quite quickly and were packed in little plastic bags with damp paper towel. They were also very well surrounded by thick insulation to maintain temperature. Two of the smaller spotted ones were DOA but the rest are alive and well and exploring their new home. 6 out of 8 isn't bad I guess. This is the only place I could find them so I say beggars can't be chosers.
I got him I acclimated them to my water put them in the tank and they went to work
They must've been hungry when I got them, it didn't take long for them to go to work nice snails
Received 4 of these snails yesterday. Got them because my 6 horned nerite snails were not keeping up with cleaning, maybe I have too many plants and too much algae... I've got a tracked, a zebra and two darker ones. They're way bigger than the horned nerites, as expected. Hope that they will find the sides and back of my aquarium, there are plenty of algae for them! Also got some bonus algae waffers with them - thank you Ron!
